Cecily Crout – Owner/Senior Consultant

Building websites since 1998, Cecily started her education and practise as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist in 1999.

The impetus for her ongoing work in this field is her love of the web as an information resource and means of communication, and her interest in and enthusiasm for search engines and search engine robots.

Her expertise in SEO, usability, development and metrics has been honed by ten years of experience and research, and built upon an academic foundation that includes Psychology, Cultural Studies, Communication Studies, Business Studies, and Management Information Systems.

Cecily likes to build, create and/or work with search engine friendly and visitor friendly websites. Her focus is twofold – for a user’s experience of a website to be easy and intuitive, and for the website owner to have an effective website that helps them meet their goals.

Kevin Udy – Web Developer & SEM Specialist

Kevin pursued his passion for computers and web development at Colorado State University, graduating with a degree in Computer Science. Personal web projects, blogging, and SEO experimentation have all been hobbies of Kevin’s for over a decade.

Kevin has been applying his knowledge of web development, search optimization, and web marketing toward CCSEO client projects since 2008. Kevin contributes to the scoping & planning, communication, and execution on a variety of development and SEM projects including SEO audits, full website builds, everyday maintenance, SEO enhancement of client websites, and strategic SEM planning.

With a focus on search engine friendly website architecture and adherence to the most recent web standards, Kevin is dedicated to efficiently providing CCSEO’s clients with quality results.

Kevin is also a Google AdWords Qualified Professional, and has contributed to the setup and management of many client pay-per-click campaigns.

Sylvia DeLeon – Copywriter & SEM Specialist

Sylvia’s formal background is in psychology and statistics, with a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. She finds SEO Copywriting to be a natural progression in her writing skill set, as she loves to create engaging web content that is measurable in terms of statistical reader response.

A long-time member of the online writing community, Sylvia has become extremely proficient at managing blogs and online platforms, using analytics to gauge content effectiveness, and the use of social media to gain website traffic.

As a Search Engine Marketing Specialist, Sylvia has a knack for strategic, keyword optimized web content that communicates clearly with readers as well as search engines. She has set up and optimized pay-per-click campaigns that continue to effectively drive relevant traffic to our client websites.

Colt Andrews – SEM Specialist

Colt was formally educated in Biology, Genetics and Ecology at the University of Oklahoma in the latter half of the 1990s. Since his formal education Colt has continued to educate himself in aspects of Search Engine Marketing, Business Processes, and Statistics.

A natural people person, Colt enjoys spending time developing new business relationships, socializing and strengthening relationships through local networking events, and educating & orienting new clients to the SEM process. Colt’s real strength is his ability to communicate the intricacies and complexities of Search Engine Marketing to a wide range of businesses & people.

Colt has used his education and skill in statistics to help analyze client web analytics, as well as set up and optimize pay-per-click campaigns for a variety of clients.
